• Host Countries: Singapore & Thailand
• Funding: Fully funded by the host governments 

• Government employees (BS-17 and above)
• Mid- to senior-level officials working in IT, public service, or digital transformation roles
• Proficiency in English and good health required 

• Mandatory online application: via the provided link in the attached document
• Submission of nomination through proper channel along with required documents
• Deadline for submission of nominations and documents: 20 June 2026 (Therefore, requested to submit the hard copies of the nominations along with all required documents (02 sets) to the International Office by 12 June 2026 before 12:00 Noon for further processing and onward submission to concerned)  
• Incomplete or late applications will not be considered

• Candidates must apply online as well as submit hard copies; otherwise, nominations will not be entertained
• Selected participants will be required to submit a post-visit report upon completion of the training
• No financial liability shall fall on CUI, as the programme is fully funded by the host governments
