SSBC Seminar on How to Register Your Business/Company in SECP

The Student Startup Business Centre (SSBC), COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI) is pleased to organize a seminar on “How to Register Your Business/Company with SECP / How to Incorporate Your Company with SECP” on September 10, 2026, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Video Conferencing Room, Junaid Zaidi Library, CUI, Islamabad Campus.

The seminar aims to provide SSBC-enrolled startups with practical guidance on the SECP business/company registration and incorporation process, including the relevant legal, regulatory, and documentation requirements for formally establishing and legalizing a business venture.

Participation

The seminar is mandatory for all SSBC-enrolled startups from the following CUI campuses:

  • CUI Islamabad Campus
  • CUI Lahore Campus
  • CUI Vehari Campus
  • CUI Wah Campus

The Islamabad Campus startups will attend the seminar physically at the Video Conferencing Room, Junaid Zaidi Library, while startups from Lahore, Vehari, and Wah Campuses will participate online through the video conferencing facility available at their respective campuses.

The seminar is also open to all interested CUI faculty members, students, and staff, particularly those who are aspiring entrepreneurs or interested in starting and formally registering their businesses.

Interested students from CUI Abbottabad, CUI Sahiwal, and CUI Attock may also participate through the video conferencing facility available at their respective campuses.

The session will enable participants to develop a clear understanding of the company incorporation process, SECP requirements, legal formalities, registration procedures, and key steps involved in establishing a formally registered business in Pakistan.
