Email received from HEC on the subject above, In this context, it is requested to submit the nominations for the Bilateral Seminar on Development and Management of Seed Industry for Pakistan under China Aid (15th to 28th July, 2026) along with all required documents to this office till 12 May 2025 for further processing. Please note that there will be no financial liability on the part of CUI.
Required Documents:
- Application Form with personal signature and photo (Original & 2 Copies)
- Information Form with personal signature and photo (Original & Copies)
- Copy of Passport (at least six months validity and blank visa pages)
- Foreigner Physical Examination Form with personal photo (Original & 2 Copy)
- No criminal record certificate or Police Clearance Certificate attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan (if not visited China within 5 years)
- FTC Proforma
- Copy of CNIC
- Surety Bond on stamp paper (Original)
- Undertaking on stamp paper (Original)
- No Objection Certificate (to be provided within two days after selection)
All applications, along with the required documents, must be submitted through proper channel to this office for onward transmission to EAD. Late submissions will not be entertained.
