CUI International Office Hosts Delegation from Three Leading Universities

5 May 2026-COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI) had the honor of hosting a distinguished international academic delegation representing leading universities from Indonesia, Bangladesh, and the Philippines.

The esteemed delegation included:

Prof. Nurul Barizah, Head of Quality Assurance Board (Universitas Airlangga, Indonesia)

Prof. Dr. Ritha F. Dalimunthe, Head of the Center of Excellence for Gender (Universitas Sumatera Utara, Indonesia)

Dr. Md. Sarowar Hossein, Associate Dean, Faculty of Health & Life Sciences (Daffodil International University, Bangladesh)

Dr. Faustito Amador Aure, Associate Professor (Eastern Visayas State University, Philippines)

The delegation was warmly received by Ms. Muniba Nasir, Head, International Office, CUI.

The visit featured a tour of the COMSATS Art Gallery, introduced by Arch. Farrah Mahmood Rana, In-charge COMSATS Art Gallery Comsats Art Gallery followed by a visit to the Junaid Zaidi Library, showcasing CUI’s academic and cultural excellence. A formal meeting at the International Office enabled productive discussions on institutional strengths, internationalization strategies, and future collaboration.

Key areas of mutual interest included academic exchange, joint research, faculty mobility, and collaborative programs. The visit concluded with an exchange of souvenirs, reflecting goodwill and a shared commitment to strengthening global partnerships.
