The University of St Andrews, UK has announced its Global Fellowship Scheme (2026/27). Application deadline is: 2nd March 2026 (17:00 GMT). The University of St Andrews provides all Global Fellows with:

tailored travel and visit support provided by the University’s Global Office

a stipend of £1000 per 28 day visit (or per day sum for shorter visits)

self-catered accommodation in a one bedroom apartment or equivalent
-
return airfare in economy class, booked by the University
-
airport transfers to and from St Andrews
-
access to University IT and library facilities
The Global Fellows scheme is open to established academics and emerging research leaders based outside the UK who hold a PhD and an academic position. Global Fellows will normally give a research seminar, postgraduate lecture, undergraduate training activity or similar during their visit.
