Pakistan Science Foundation (PSF) has announced the “Industrial Solution Grants for Young Scientists – 2026”, aimed at supporting applied, industry-oriented research projects that address real industrial challenges.

?? Purpose of the Grant
- Encourage young scientists in designing applied solutions for industrial problems
- Strengthen academia–industry collaboration
- Support indigenous technology development
- Promote impactful, demand-driven research
?? Eligibility & Requirements
- Eligible applicants include MS/MPhil and PhD students, as well as young researchers working in relevant scientific disciplines
- Industry collaboration is mandatory (an industry Co-PI/Collaborator must be included)
- Research proposals must clearly address an existing industrial problem
- Maximum funding: PKR 3 Million
- Grant duration: Up to 2 years
- Proposal submission is through the PSF Research Grant Management System (RGMS)

You are kindly requested to:
- Circulate the attached PSF Call for Proposals widely among all faculty, research supervisors, and eligible MS/MPhil/PhD students.
- Encourage departments to identify potential industry partners and support joint proposal development.
- Support applicants by guiding them on PSF requirements, proposal formatting, and submission through the RGMS portal.
- Coordinate with ORIC Central Office for any clarifications needed during the application process.
