During Laiba Ali - (FA22-BME-009) internship at Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF), she contributed to national industrial development by engaging in hands-on training related to defense manufacturing and production systems. This experience enhanced her technical and professional skills while promoting awareness regarding responsible production, innovation, and institutional integrity. Furthermore, the internship represented a significant social contribution by supporting youth empowerment, skill development, and sustainable industrial practices aligned with national progress and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Consequently, this tenure at POF was linked with several SDGs, specifically SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth and SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure.
