Introduction:
Ministry of Science and Technology letter No. 12(3)/19-ASA(IL-I) KOICA-KOREA, dated 24 June 2026, received in continuation of the Economic Affairs Division (EAD), Office Memorandum No. 2(6) SEA/KOREA/2026-MAIN, dated 10 June 2026, regarding the 2027 Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Master's and Doctoral Degree Scholarship Programmes. The programmes offer fully funded Master's (17 months) and Doctoral (36 months) degree scholarships in various disciplines at leading universities in the Republic of Korea. Interested faculty members and officers who fulfil the prescribed eligibility criteria be requested to review the attached guidelines and submit their applications through the prescribed channel. It is requested that this information may kindly be disseminated amongst all eligible faculty members and officers of your respective campus/department. It may further be noted that there shall be no financial liability whatsoever on COMSATS University Islamabad, and all applications shall be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the sponsoring agencies. The deadline fixed by EAD is July 03, 2026.
