Alhamdulillah, ORIC-PD, COMSATS University Islamabad has successfully conducted a 2-Day Hands-on Training on “Data Analysis & AI” on May 15–16, 2026. The training was conducted through an interactive online platform (MS Teams). The training was attended by a total of 13 participants representing diverse professional backgrounds, including faculty members, researchers, consultants, medical professionals, and students.
The training was facilitated by Dr. Waseem Haider (PhD, UIUC, USA), an experienced academic and professional in the field of Data Analysis and Artificial Intelligence.
The program primarily focused on the practical implementation of Data Analysis and Artificial Intelligence using Python and AI tools. The key objective of the training was to equip participants with practical knowledge and hands-on skills for data analysis using Python, as well as the development and application of AI-based solutions for task automation, enhancement of human capabilities, improved efficiency and productivity, and solving complex real-world problems.
