Varioline Kitchens is seeking a dynamic, proactive After-Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy client interaction, problem-solving, team coordination, and digital marketing. The selected candidate will support customer service operations while assisting with marketing and content coordination.

The position includes a 3-month structured training program to provide hands-on exposure to company operations, after-sales systems, and marketing processes.

Key Responsibilities

After-Sales Support

• Manage and record customer complaints and service requests

• Coordinate with technical teams and fitters across Pakistan

• Follow up with clients to ensure timely issue resolution

• Maintain complaint tracking and documentation records

• Coordinate spare parts and accessories procurement

Marketing & Content Coordination

• Assist in planning weekly social media content

• Coordinate with the internal team on creative content ideas

• Support development of social media posts and campaigns

• Help execute marketing initiatives and content calendars

• Ensure consistent brand communication

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Interest in digital marketing and social media

• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar content tools

• Organized, proactive, and team-oriented mindset

Training Program

Selected candidates will undergo 3 months of structured training, including exposure to:

• After-sales management and client service coordination

• Complaint tracking and spare parts procurement processes

• Social media coordination and content planning

• Marketing strategy in the kitchen and interior design industry

Successful trainees may be offered long-term employment opportunities based on performance.
