What You’ll Do:
• Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat
• Resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain accurate records of interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
• Freshies to 6 months of Experience in Customer Service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in a customer service or support role
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy with CRM knowledge (preferred)
