An international research opportunity offered by the Russell Sage Foundation (RSF), USA, through its Visiting Scholars Program.

The program provides opportunities for researchers in the social, economic, political, and behavioral sciences to undertake research, data analysis, scholarly writing, and academic engagement with the RSF research community.

Faculty members of CUI may explore this opportunity for academic and research collaboration with RSF researchers, including identifying suitable CUI faculty members who may be eligible to apply for the program, as well as exploring opportunities to engage relevant RSF researchers in collaborative research, seminars, workshops, guest lectures, joint publications, and other academic activities at CUI.

Eligible CUI faculty members, particularly those holding a PhD or comparable terminal degree and with relevant research experience, may review the eligibility criteria and assess whether their research aligns with the Foundation's priorities. Comparative or internationally relevant research addressing issues related to social and living conditions in the United States may be particularly relevant.

You are therefore requested to disseminate this opportunity among relevant faculty members/researchers of your concerned Campus, particularly those working in Economics, Sociology, Psychology, Political Science, Public Policy, Law, Education, Management, Statistics, Demography, Urban Planning, Social Sciences, Development Studies, and related fields.

Faculty members may also identify RSF researchers whose research interests complement their own, with a view to exploring joint research, comparative studies, co-authored publications, research networking, and other mutually beneficial academic collaborations.
