The Department of Civil Engineering organized an industrial visit as part of the course Highway Engineering (CEE 301). Students from the 5th semester visited HRTC Burhan on November 24, 2025, where they were warmly welcomed by Engineer Abdul Rauf.

The visit provided students with valuable practical exposure to advanced highway material testing and evaluation techniques. They observed state-of-the-art equipment used for pavement analysis, as well as modern bitumen and aggregate testing methods. This hands-on experience strengthened their understanding of highway construction materials, pavement behavior, and performance assessment, effectively bridging the gap between classroom learning and real-world applications in modern highway engineering.
